About Me:
I’m Afton, a NASM-certified personal trainer, former D1 college soccer captain, and someone who believes fitness should feel empowering, not overwhelming.
As an athlete, I developed a strong foundation in strength and conditioning and even had the chance to assist our team’s strength coach during practices and training sessions. That experience sparked my passion for helping others feel strong, confident, and capable in their own bodies.
Today, I work with people of all fitness levels to build personalized training programs that support long-term progress, not quick fixes. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to level up your routine, I’m here to guide you every step of the way
