About the Event:
The West-Com Distributor Conference brought together our nationwide distributor network for a high-impact event focused on education, collaboration, and recognition. Held in Las Vegas, the 3-day conference featured hands-on training sessions, product updates, and strategic insights designed to empower our distributor network for success. Distributors participated in interactive feedback forums, celebrated achievements and top performers, and engaged in valuable networking opportunities. The event also included presentations from key partners, fostering alignment and shared vision across the West-Com community.
My Role and Responsibilities:
- Secured and arranged meeting space, managing venue logistics to support seamless training sessions, networking, and presentations.
- Drafted and distributed all pre-event communications to West-Com’s distributor network, providing clear, timely information and boosting engagement.
- Ordered branded swag and giveaways to enhance attendee experience and increase brand visibility throughout the event.
- Selected and coordinated food and beverage services, ensuring high-quality catering for all attendees and events.
- Created the official PowerPoint template used across all sessions, establishing a consistent and professional visual identity for the conference.
- Designed and distributed a post-event survey to gather feedback, helping inform future event improvements and gauge overall satisfaction.

My Role and Responsibilities:
- Developed and scheduled all pre-event social media content, promoting Early Bird registration, discount codes, featured sessions, and exhibitor highlights.
- Created and managed a co-marketing toolkit for sponsors and exhibitors, including promo codes, branded assets, and posting guidelines.
- Conducted on-site video interviews and collected attendee testimonials to support future promotional efforts.
