Since December 2023, I’ve partnered with PowerPort Buyers to deliver SEO-driven blog content tailored to the B2B purchasing cycle. Using SEMrush for keyword research and topic ideation, I developed blog strategies that target relevant, high-intent search terms. Each post is written with long-form, educational storytelling to boost time-on-site and improve organic visibility. I manage content creation and publication directly in WordPress, and coordinate with the client to schedule two blog posts per month.
Collaborated with Razor Creative Labs to streamline and optimize their HubSpot CRM. I audited and cleaned up outdated contact records, standardized data fields, and improved segmentation for more efficient outreach. In addition, I built custom workflows to support their sales pipeline—automating lead assignments, follow-ups, and internal notifications. These improvements enhanced team productivity and ensured cleaner, more actionable data for ongoing campaigns.
For over two years, I’ve partnered with SOS and Nett Solutions to deliver comprehensive monthly SEO reports and keyword analysis for a diverse portfolio of 10+ clients spanning industries such as automotive equipment and laboratory supplies. My work includes tracking website performance via Google Analytics and Looker Studio, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. I also conduct ongoing keyword research using SEMrush to refine content strategies, enhance search rankings, and drive targeted traffic. This long-term engagement has sharpened my proficiency in SEO data interpretation and client-specific strategy development.

For over a year, I’ve partnered with Shabby Fabrics on an ongoing SEO project focused on optimizing a large volume of website pages. Each month, I conduct comprehensive keyword research using SEMrush, analyzing ranking terms for a list of provided URLs. Based on this data, I develop tailored SEO recommendations — including meta titles, meta descriptions, H1s, and subheadings — aligned with current best practices for search visibility, keyword inclusion, and character limits. I ensure all recommendations follow proper SEO structure and are presented to the client clearly, incorporating feedback and adjusting as needed. This work plays a critical role in strengthening organic performance across a robust and content-rich e-commerce site.
Partnered with Streamlined Accounting Solutions to conduct a comprehensive audit of their HubSpot-hosted website, identifying key opportunities to improve user experience, navigation, and on-page SEO. Leveraging my knowledge of HubSpot CMS, I provided actionable recommendations on layout, content structure, and technical improvements within the current SprocketRocket theme, to enhance site performance and engagement. After client approval, I implemented updates directly in HubSpot — optimizing page formatting, updating headers and CTAs, and ensuring mobile responsiveness. The result was a more polished, professional online presence that aligned with their brand goals.
I support Travel Visa Pro’s local SEO efforts by creating engaging, location-specific posts for their Google Business Profile using the BrightLocal platform. Each month, I collaborate with the client to develop a list of timely and relevant post topics aligned with seasonal travel trends and visa service updates. After receiving topic approval, I write and schedule multiple posts that highlight services, office locations, and useful tips — all designed to boost visibility in local search and drive conversions. These posts help maintain an active, trustworthy business presence online and contribute to ongoing local search performance.
